Getting to know Christy Street
I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike.
I am a warm, non-judgmental therapist. I believe everyone has the ability to make the positive changes they hope for, but sometimes we need someone to walk that journey with us. Having sought counseling myself, I know how valuable it can be to have someone beside you as you heal. OCD therapy won't be easy, but I will be with you the whole way. I also have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, panic attacks, the effects of sex trafficking, and mothers working to regain custody of their children.
