Getting to know Christy Walshe
I feel that therapy is about more than simply identifying what is wrong and trying to fix or change it. Therapy is an opportunity to know ourselves on a deeper and more intimate level, and to move through life with more awareness, presence, and trust in ourselves.
Clients would describe my approach as compassionate, emotionally attuned, and direct. I am an engaged and active therapist who will ask difficult questions and challenge you to look beyond familiar patterns, while co-creating a space that feels inviting, grounded, and open enough to explore the depths of your inner landscape.
I believe growth is rarely linear. We often return to the same familiar themes and lessons until we develop a new awareness and greater capacity to meet them differently. My intention is that through this process, clients develop a deeper relationship with themselves and greater freedom in how they move through their lives.

Christy is THE BEST therapist I have ever had. I have been in therapy for 20 years due to me being Diagnosed with PTSD. Christy gets me like no other Clinician. She truly understands and validates who I am. My spirituality is the core of my happiness and joy. Since I was little I connected with Mother Nature an her Magick. Christy has been able to honor my truth and lifts me up from all my strengths. I will always be grateful for her and wish I can continue to work with her for man years to come. She makes my spirit feel safe and my heart smile. Christy is a healer and she is doing exactly what he needs to be doing to make this world a better place. Besides her having excellent clinical skills, she is gifted - I feel she was born with so much light and a huge compassionate and loving heart.
