Let's break the ice with a hard dose of truth. We may not be responsible for creating all our problems, but we are responsible for creating the solutions. Helping people manifest the changes they want to see is my passion. I do my best work with women of color who struggle with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, and intermittent depression. Additionally, I work with expatriates and repatriates who are experiencing cross-cultural adjustment issues. If you don't have the words to explain what's going on right now, we can work on that too. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I offer a free, 20-minute consultation, so no pressure. Let's talk!
