My name is Cindy Gracey, a Licensed Social Worker Independent Clinician Associate (LSWAIC) with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work. I have experience working with adults, children, and families in hospital and home-based care, addressing concerns such as chronic illness, anxiety, depression, grief, multicultural issues, and life transitions. In therapy, I meet clients where they are in the present moment, creating an empathic and accepting space for exploration. My approach combines motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and a strength-based approach.
