Life can be incredibly overwhelming, and you should not have to confront its challenges alone. With five years of experience as a mental health counselor, I specialize in anxiety, OCD, stress, emotional regulation, big life transitions, racial identity concerns, relationship challenges, and sport performance and sport injury concerns for young adults and older adults alike. Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, managing emotional overwhelm, or working through relational challenges, I am dedicated to walking alongside you as a collaborative, supportive partner. My goal is to help you build resilience, develop confidence in your ability to navigate life's uncertainties, and create lasting change that aligns with your values — moving beyond simply getting through each day and toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic. Above all, I meet you with compassion, empathy, and authenticity, recognizing that healing is not one-size-fits-all. That belief shapes every aspect of how I show up for you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. I believe that healing happens when people feel understood, empowered, and supported as they learn to respond to life's challenges in new ways. Creating a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe exploring both difficult moments and the strengths you already possess is something I am deeply passionate about.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions to help you better understand yourself, develop effective coping skills, and move toward a life guided by your values. This integrative approach offers practical tools to navigate present challenges while remaining grounded in what matters most to you. Throughout our work together, my style is genuine and goal-oriented. Your unique needs, experiences, strengths, and goals shape the direction we take, and I tailor my approach accordingly. Above all, I am committed to building a strong therapeutic alliance, a relationship where growth can happen at a pace that feels both supportive and sustainable.
