My career began as an addiction counselor, which gave me a profound understanding of human suffering and a deep appreciation for the resiliency of the human spirit. In addition to individual counseling, I have extensive experience in family counseling, group counseling, and couples therapy. My work as a school-based counselor has enriched my practice, allowing me to support both children and their families. I see counseling as a shared experience, where you are the expert and creator of your life, and I am here to guide and support you on your journey. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about exploring different cultures and belief systems, which continually enriches my perspective and approach to therapy.
