What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience working with diverse clients and approach talk therapy with curiosity, warmth, and an authentic interest in the lives of others. It is my strongly held belief that meaningful change happens when folks are supported in their self-discovery, recognizing that they are the expert in their own experience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who may be struggling with substance use issues in addition to other issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, unmet needs, and identity. During our initial sessions, we will utilize a narrative approach to support the therapeutic relationship. We will collaborate on a treatment plan that supports realistic, self-identified goals.
