Using a gentle and honest approach, I aim to help you identify your struggles and take meaningful steps toward the life you desire. Together, we can work on improving your emotion regulation and communication skills, empowering you to move in a valued direction. I believe that while we may not have caused our struggles, we are responsible for learning and growing from them. I specialize in mindfulness-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My practice currently focuses on supporting individuals going through life transitions, including athletes transitioning to life after athletics, as well as those dealing with personality struggles and anxiety.
