Hi, I’m Calley. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Denver, Colorado, and I’m here to help you navigate the complexities of life. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating the ups and downs of family relationships, I’m dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore and grow. My therapeutic approach is anchored in honesty and fostering resilience and empowerment during difficult phases in life. I believe in rolling up my sleeves and diving into the messy parts of life with you. Together, we’ll work through your challenges, and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way. I specialize in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, children's and adolescent mental and behavioral health, developmental disabilities, family relationships, grief and bereavement, medical issues, multicultural and diversity issues, perinatal support, PTSD, learning disorders, stress, trauma, life transitions, borderline personality disorder, and anger management. My goal is to meet you wherever you are on your journey of self-discovery and help you find the path to healing and growth. Beyond the therapy room, I’m a tired but proud baseball mom and an animal lover. I find fuel in coffee and joy in the chaos of everyday life. My professional journey has also included over a decade of experience as a school social worker in Denver, where I’ve been dedicated to supporting students with disabilities and championing equity and access within education. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master's of Social Work (MSW) from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our sessions. If you’re ready to take the next step on your journey, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to find the resilience and empowerment you need to thrive.
