Normally clients come with one issue that's the big problem in their life, and we work on how to address that, by managing stress, difficult emotions, or conflict in relationships. When we've tackled that, there's usually some root causes we can tackle that are making those problems repeat in the first place. Therapy can be challenging and scary but it can also be fun, dark humor is appreciated but not required. My practice is focused on creative ways to work through traumatic memories and understand repeating patterns to break free of negative cycles.
