If you find yourself struggling to navigate life in what feels like a messy, complicated, relentless world, reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. I strive to create a space where you can fully explore and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I believe that therapy looks different for everyone, and it can even vary session to session. Most importantly, it is a collaborative process that works best when you feel truly seen and heard. I hold an MSEd in Mental Health Counseling from City University of New York, Hunter College, which informs my compassionate and individualized approach to care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My areas of focus include working with a range of adults dealing with life transitions, people working through relationship or identity issues, and families/individuals dealing with infertility or navigating parenthood. As a former musician, I also work with those trying to reconcile their identities as artists with changing roles and priorities.
