My goal is to help you become the person you want to be and to work with you toward achieving the goals that matter most to you. I believe the most effective therapy integrates both past and present—exploring how past experiences shape current challenges, while actively practicing new strategies in and outside of sessions to create change. My main areas of focus include substance abuse and addiction, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, and ADHD. What this means is I provide targeted therapeutic support for addiction, trauma, ADHD, & the many issues connected with them. With 7+ years of experience as a therapist and life coach, I’ve successfully helped clients from age 12-50 navigate depression and anxiety, career issues, personality disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss, & much more. Insurance companies unethically force therapists to give a diagnosis after one session with a client, & they also do not maintain high enough standards of confidentiality and data safety. I do not accept insurance to avoid these issues, but I will help you get reimbursed using your Out Of Network benefits. Clients are normally able to be reimbursed for up to 80% of the cost of insurance.
