I draw inspiration and conceptualization from psychodynamic, object relations, and attachment theories, though I approach therapeutic sessions from a person-centered perspective. I believe provided the right relationship and environment, where an individual can explore their deepest thoughts, feelings, wishes, and fears with trust and without judgement, healing and growth can take place.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY with my bachelors in psychology and received my masters in social work shortly after. My end goal from the start of my education was always to do one-on-one clinical work and it is a privilege to be able to do so.
