Life can feel overwhelming at times especially when you're navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges or major life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to move towards healing and growth.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My clinical focuses include anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, emotional regulations with additional training in additional evidence-based approaches. I have about a decade experience in working in child welfare, medical social work and providing therapeutic support to adolescents, young adults and families.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am passionate about helping individuals build resilience, improve emotional wellness and creating meaningful lasting change. Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps but you do not have to navigate things alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards healing, balance and personal growth.
