Their aspirations are to live life to its fullest using a complete tool box of strategies. They are driven to seek help because they want to experience the positive side of what life has to offer! I feel my expertise, knowledge and experience can help my client overcome their struggles or hardships because I have personally seen growth in previous clients after implementing certain coping skills and strategies. One of my specialties is using the modality of CBT; Cognitive behavior therapy. Life is hard. And, finding mental health services, shouldn't be. I would love to make this transition easy for you. You can expect a comfortable safe space to build trust and rapport, all while growing mentally, spiritually and holistically.
