She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience working with individuals and couples aged 14 and older. She is passionate about supporting those who have experienced trauma or have grown up in emotionally unpredictable environments. With a compassionate, trauma-informed approach and a validating space, she helps clients understand the impact of their trauma and upbringing, build strong emotional boundaries, reduce self-doubt, and create lasting emotional stability. As a lifelong learner with a deep curiosity about human behavior, she integrates trauma-informed, compassion-focused, and insight-oriented modalities, including attachment, feminist, somatic, and humanistic therapies, to help clients move beyond survival mode and create a life grounded in confidence, emotional stability, and inner peace.

Primary areas of her work include complex post-traumatic stress disorder, attachment and self-worth wounds, emotional regulation, and supporting adult children of borderline and/or narcissistic parents. Aside from her work in the mental health field, she is a full-time law student at the University of Arizona, a lifestyle and portrait photographer, a yogi, and a proud mom to three rescued mutts. She loves traveling, reading, creating, and growing.
