Welcome! My name is Courtney Jordan and I believe in creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood — without judgment. I work with adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. With over 10 years in Social Work, I’ve supported Veterans, caregivers, and individuals navigating addiction and complex life experiences. I have a special place in my heart for caregivers, especially those caring for children with autism and neurocognitive disorders. I understand how emotionally and physically taxing that role can be, and offer grounded, compassionate support.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all method; instead, I tailor each session to your needs, your goals, your comfort level. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and bring a trauma-informed lens to everything I do, while also incorporating tools from approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and parts work when they feel like a good fit. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to explore what healing might look like, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will focus on discussing your goals for treatment as well as gaining background information that you feel is important for me to know. In the following sessions together, we’ll gently work through the pain, anxiety, trauma or anything you feel that’s been holding you back, at your pace. You can expect a space that feels safe, real, and focused on healing that lasts.
