My ideal clients would like extra support to help manage life struggles, especially at a time when they feel like they have hit rock bottom. They are struggling with interpersonal relationships, low self worth, neglecting self-care, having difficulty regulating emotions, or turning to unhealthy behaviors. I’m here to help. I actively and emphatically listen to give my clients space to self reflect with the goal of making life better, or perhaps less worse. I will provide a supportive role and help you figure out life challenges. I will meet you where you are, and provide educational material as needed. I have been an active duty military spouse for 21+ years. Military folks are my people, and I want to serve them and give back. I pride myself in being open-minded and welcome many topics of conversation.

Typically have a set day and time we meet each week for up to an hour session. In the beginning we will work on building rapport.
