I've seen seeing Cristina since Fall/Winter 2023 and have had a great experience. Finding the right therapist for you is so subjective, but these are the things that made me feel comfortable with Cristina: - Always professional, but with a human touch - Thoughtful listener - Validates and challenges me when needed, but this is never heavy handed or infused with syrupy sweet empathy - Very easy to get in touch with - Our sessions leave me feeling better!
I've been working with Cristin for almost a year and feel really comfortable, seen and inspired by our sessions. Cristin actively takes notes and contributes to conversations while also asking compelling yet respectful questions that feel aligned with my goals. She's also a great communicator for scheduling changes or openings and is very accessible even of the physical meeting space.
Cristin is an incredible therapist! I consistently leave our sessions with more self-insight and understanding. I have felt extremely heard in my time with her. She challenges harmful beliefs in a tactful and compassionate way and I have never felt invalidated by the reframing. My quality of life and mental health has certainly improved in my time with her. I cannot recommend her enough!
