As your therapist I am here to simply help you uncover that which is already there. I invite you to become curious about yourself in the safe container of our sessions so that you can cultivate self-compassion in this process. I draw from my education; training and personal experiences in my work with clients. During our sessions; we will focus on cultivating the awareness and skills that will help you get back home.
