Getting to know Crystal Featherston
My fundamental approach is an integration of Existential Therapy, encouraging one to find meaning and purpose in their lives, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help promote changes in the way one thinks, and to help recognize how those patterns, in turn, cause behavioral changes. I offer counseling to adults experiencing self-esteem issues, anxiety, and depression as well as counsel couples with relationship difficulties, seeking guidance to better themselves individually, and as a unit. Along with offering counseling for youth, teens, and young adults, who may be experiencing disorders and challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and ADD/ADHD.

Most relevant
Was forced to schedule all future appointments because the provider billed us incorrectly. We were referred by the VA Community Care Network but Community Care was not billed. The provider admitted to billing incorrectly but could not reschedule us until they had gotten the payment from Community Care. At this point I have yet to hear back from the provider and that failure, coupled with an inability for Sonder Mind to provide couples counseling to people who are not colocated makes it seem like this whole endeavor was an abject failure on every level. Was the counselor good? I don't know. Maybe. The other \"problems\" make me feel like the payout for the difficulties experienced is NIL.
