I hold a Master’s degree and have been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2013. Over the years, I have gained a variety of experiences, including providing in-home mental health services, in-person and telehealth counseling, and offering clinical direction to residents. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and couples, though my primary focus is working with adults. My approach to treatment is eclectic, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities based on your needs. Some of the treatments I have used include motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, feedback informed care, and Christian counseling, among others. Through personalized sessions tailored to meet your unique needs, I aim to facilitate positive change, foster emotional well-being, and inspire renewed hope for the future.
