Hi, I'm Crystal. I work with teenagers, 14 and up, and adults on a variety of topics. My passion is helping people heal from their past and start creating the future they have dreamed of. Connection is very important to me, and I quickly and easily connect with my clients. I strive to create a caring and comfortable environment where you feel safe to explore whatever you choose. My counseling approach is based on the idea that everyone struggles and needs support at different times. I have extensive experience working with trauma, and I'm trained as an EMDR therapist, which is a research-based approach to healing trauma. Other areas I am experienced in and passionate about include depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and helping people change their negative patterns of behavior to their desired behaviors and outcomes. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with an MA, I specialize in adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, family relationships, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, military/veteran support, multicultural/diversity issues, PTSD, and trauma.
