I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. I have worked with individuals during various stages of their life for over 10 years with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I understand that life and all of its surprises or uncertainties can be difficult to navigate. Sometimes we feel alone, lost, and overwhelmed. It often feels impossible to ask for help. I am here for you and so proud of you making it this far! I consider it an honor and privilege to work with men and women of all ages through their challenges. Taking a person-centered approach, together we will set attainable goals and develop strategies to utilize during the difficult moments.
