Dabeyri Torres-Estevez, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist and founder of DTE Wellness LLC, providing telehealth therapy to adults in New York and New Jersey. She earned her Master of Social Work from Fordham University and has more than 10 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, relationship challenges, and periods of feeling overwhelmed or emotionally stuck.
Dabeyri has a particular interest in women's mental health, including infertility, pregnancy, postpartum concerns, and the emotional challenges that can accompany reproductive and family-building experiences. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person-centered therapy, and EMDR-informed interventions.

My visit with Dabeyri Torres ,was very professional like always, she listen to me makes me confortable . I've been seen her for around 4 years and I'm always looking foward to my next visit because I feel so calm with her,her advise ,her calmness . I defetnetly recomend her ,she is the best!!
