I have master's degrees in clinical mental health counseling and applied psychology, and I have been in the helping profession since 2011. My experience includes working in community mental health, psychiatric inpatient care, skilled nursing facilities, and in-home caregiving. I have been in private practice since 2021 and I specialize in depression, complex trauma, generalized and social anxiety, and stress management. I take an integrative approach to therapy, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness approaches, psychological education, positive psychology, and holistic health education, and I express myself with curiosity and humor.
