My practice focuses on trauma; mood disorders; and anxiety; while offering specific support in the areas of LGBTQIA+; promoting body liberation; navigating kink-related concerns; and CNM/open relationships. My aim is to facilitate a deeper understanding of oneself while providing a safe and empathetic environment.Within my practice; I employ evidence-based modalities such as CBT; DBT and EMDR. All of my treatment is trauma-focused. I work within an intersectional framework; and understand the ways that all of our life experiences; privileges and oppressions intertwine.
