As a military veteran and retired federal law enforcement officer, I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by veterans and first responders. My life path has been a voyage of discovery, and I am eager to help you find your own path in this world. In our work together, I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I deeply appreciate the complexity and uniqueness of each person and firmly believe that you are the expert of your own experiences and challenges. My approach to therapy is humanistic, collaborative, and client-centered. I aim to support you in overcoming the barriers that stand between you and the life you want to live.
