I utilize various treatment modalities to help those we work with become more self-aware, unlock their purpose, reveal their passions, and learn to live authentically. My experience includes couples counseling, athlete mental health, career coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy, and I am a certified DISC Coach. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Radford University and a Bachelor’s degree from Hampton University. I look forward to going on this journey toward healing with you.
