Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science and Education. My extensive background includes individual and group therapy, working with the mentally ill, substance abuse, adolescents, PTSD, and psychological research. Therapy requires effort and courage to overcome challenges, discard self-defeating beliefs, and embrace change. I believe in addressing biological factors influencing mental health, such as exercise and nutrition, and directing clients to appropriate experts when necessary. My eclectic approach draws from various psychological schools and ancient wisdom. Each client is unique, and therapy should be tailored to their preferences and needs, whether through practical techniques, exploration of family dynamics, or creative activities. Flexibility, rather than rigid adherence to one system, is my preferred approach.
