I am trained in a variety of helping methods and use those that best fit each client’s needs. It is important to me that clients understand the many facets of their experiences. I often explore Options, Opportunities, Possibilities, and Solutions (OOPS) with clients to support them in living happier, more productive, and successful lives. If I cannot help, I always refer clients to a professional who can. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree from Towson University.
