UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am a positive therapist who approaches symptoms, challenges, and life struggles with care and compassion. I am trained in a variety of helping methods and use those that best fit each client’s needs. It is important to me that clients understand the many facets of their experiences. I often explore Options, Opportunities, Possibilities, and Solutions (OOPS) with clients to support them in living happier, more productive, and successful lives. If I cannot help, I always refer clients to a professional who can. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree from Towson University.
