My focus areas include relationship patterns, unconscious dynamics, and family conflicts, particularly as they intersect with gender and identity. What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path to becoming a therapist began with social work, teaching, and therapy in a community mental health clinic. This experience deepened my commitment to providing care that is sensitive to people's circumstances and the larger systems they navigate. Today, I bring a warm and open mind to the hidden aspects of your speech and concerns in each session.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I'm passionate about therapy's power to help people live more creatively, and bring this flexible, nonjudgmental, and collaborative approach to our work. Together, we create a compassionate, dynamic, and sensitive environment tailored to your unique situation, needs, and goals so you always feel supported. I draw on psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy, along with mindfulness and a calm, sometimes humorous style, to help you feel stronger and freer.
