Hello, I'm Daniel. Coping with stress, managing anxiety, or battling depression can feel all-consuming. These struggles affect not only our personal lives but also strain our relationships with loved ones. As a therapist, my focus is on adults navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My approach is deeply rooted in person-centered therapy, where I strive to create a safe and compassionate space built on empathy and trust. Understanding and exploring our inner worlds and personal experiences requires compassion and curiosity. I aim to collaborate with and empower my clients to confront and overcome their challenges. I graduated in 2022 from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a Master’s degree in Social Work. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and licensed addiction counselor (LAC). I have been in individual practice for three years, working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Prior to individual practice, I completed my graduate hours and held my first position as a clinical intern therapist at Red Rock Recovery Center, working with adults suffering from substance use and co-occurring disorders. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative and supportive environment where your experiences and feelings are validated. I specialize in helping individuals with addiction, ADHD, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, sex and intimacy issues, stress, and trauma.
