Hi, I'm Daniel. Dealing with anxiety and depression can make life feel harder than it needs to be. Things like spending time with friends, having a healthy relationship with your family, finding time to relax, and even being able to focus at work are a few examples of things that can feel more difficult when you are feeling depressed or anxious. When you try to make changes alone, it can feel overwhelming. If you find yourself in this situation, I believe that I can help you make the changes in your life you want and start to feel better too. I graduated from Milligan University in 2018 with a degree in Counseling and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2020. During this time, I have primarily helped adults who are dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is very client-centered, which means you get to determine the goals we will work towards. My job is to use the skills and knowledge I have to help remove the mental and emotional barriers that are in your way. I will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapies to help you accomplish your goals and to walk with you on your journey to wellness. If it seems like I might be able to offer what you are looking for, please feel free to contact me. Additionally, I will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss setting up an initial session together.
