I'm Daniel, a social worker and therapist with a master's degree in social work from the University of Washington. I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Prior to private practice, I worked in schools, community mental health agencies, and hospitals. My passion is improving access to mental health care and I feel honored to work with individuals in therapy. My approach to therapy involves honest self-reflection and critical evaluation. I meet you where you're at and make therapy a collaborative process guided by empathy and compassion. I use various techniques such as Mindfulness, Problem Solving Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
