Getting to know Daniel Minuchin

All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am an experienced licensed family therapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England and a Bachelor’s degree from Clark University. Much of my work is with couples. I also work with families around a range of child and adolescent issues, including school and behavior problems, depression, parent-child conflict, and family communication. Additionally, I see families where all the members are adults. I work with individuals on a variety of issues such as depression, relationships, life transitions, and anxiety, including panic attacks. I am trained as a structural family therapist, but my therapeutic style is eclectic. I am an active therapist who pays attention to people’s strengths, helps them look at things in new ways, and finds concrete ways to improve their lives.
