I am a Licensed Master Social Worker providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with teens and individuals recovering from relationship trauma, including emotional abuse, manipulation, and unhealthy relationship patterns.
Adolescence can be an overwhelming stage of life filled with emotional changes, social pressure, and identity development. I provide a supportive space where teens can talk openly about challenges such as anxiety, depression, peer relationships, family conflict, and self-esteem, while building healthy coping skills and confidence.
I also work with adults healing from emotionally harmful relationships and relationship trauma, including those navigating divorce or the end of significant partnerships. Many clients come to therapy feeling confused, questioning themselves, or struggling to trust again. Therapy can help rebuild self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier relationship patterns moving forward.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with a strong strengths-based focus. I work with clients to identify meaningful goals, build practical coping strategies, and develop the tools needed to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
We start where you are and move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, so our sessions often feel like a genuine conversation where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and partner with you in identifying goals and strategies that support your growth. As we work together, we’ll check in about what’s helpful and adjust along the way so the process continues to meet your needs.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $160 for 45 minutes
Ongoing session: $135-175 for 45 minutes
- Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
- Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
- Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront

***While we are not in network with any insurance companies, We work with AETNA & NYSHIP and submit your claims directly to them so you don't have to. We will do the research to find out exactly what you benefits offer and get back to you with a clear and transparent path forward using those benefits.
We do assist you with getting reimbursement for your out of network benefits. Our office staff will help get you all of the necessary information that you need from us in a compiled "Superbill" to make you getting your reimbursement as easy as possible. We will also speak to the insurance company to confirm information when necessary. You can submit this Superbill for reimbursement with any major insurance company where your out of network benefits apply. Typically clients are reimbursed anywhere from 30% to 80% of the sessions cost once their deductible is met. For more information, please inquire with the practice administrator.

I believe the visit went very well, Danielle and I were both engaged during the appointment and the conversation felt productive. During the session, I discussed the obstacles I had with public speaking she (Danielle) was very attentive and supportive, during appointment. She helped me openly discuss my fear of speaking in front of people and worked with me to create a plan to start addressing it. I felt comfortable during the session and left with helpful steps to work on.
