I specialize in working with adolescents and adults struggling with co-occurring disorders such as substance use and mental health concerns. I have experience working with addiction, mood disorders, and family systems. I utilize a strength-based approach along with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
