Feel “stuck?” Feel like life is overwhelming? Seeking help to cope with emotional pain or trauma? Come to me to look within yourself for the answers to your pain and how to change your life. Using my experience as a mother, wife, and former corporate worker, I help my clients navigate problems with work and with love allowing them to find inner peace, strength, and connection. I help adults and adolescents and deal with all forms of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, adoption disorders, adolescent issues, substance abuse issues, eating disorders, sexuality and gender identity issues, and various adjustment disorders.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I am a certified Gestalt therapist who offers an empathetic and understanding presence to give my clients self-knowledge and offer strategies to deal with their depression, anxiety, and other issues, also using somatic and other techniques to strengthen awareness. With this awareness, my clients can change their lives.
I offer a nurturing, non-judgmental space to explore issues. I am committed to healing others and invite you to start the path toward awareness, inner peace, and a better path.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I work with emotions, images, somatic techniques, and experiences. I throw away the rule book when I practice and work on whatever emerges in the therapist client relationship during the session. I let the patient lead the way and together find the path toward mental healing.

I take Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, BlueCross and BlueShield, BlueShield of Northeastern New York, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Evernorth, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, Highmark, Highmark BCBS or Western New York, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Independence Blue Cross. I work with a third party insurance billing platform, Headway, that processes insurance claims and makes it easier for you to get insurance coverage for our time together. Please book at least three business days in advance of our first session.
