As a clinician, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. My ideal client is a client that is ready and willing to peel back the layers and do the work in effort to promote healing and growth. It is my goal to provide a positive, safe, and supportive environment to assist in your healing journey. I enjoy working with clients with anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, adjustment to life's challenges, as well as clients who would like to work to increase self-esteem and self-confidence. I have a person centered, strengths based approach to my practice to support the client in the best manner for them specifically. I enjoy providing realistic interventions that the client can use to fill their toolkit of support. In session, it is my goal to work to identify the root cause of the challenge and support the client with developing, learning, and implementing coping skills. It is also my goal to decrease unhelpful thought patterns and increase overall wellbeing, independence, and happiness.
