I have experience working with survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, PTSD/trauma processing, mood disorders, suicidality, and the complexities of infidelity. I am passionate about working with first responders, drawing from my background as a former paramedic. Additionally, I serve as a Crisis Intervention Clinician specializing in the stabilization of acute crises. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology and an EdM in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I practice an eclectic approach of CBT, DBT, and PCT, and believe each client is the expert in their own lived experience. I offer empathetic listening with supportive and humor-filled guidance, and believe that providing clients with homework and skills to implement outside of sessions is a central factor in facilitating positive outcomes.
