Psychotherapist
NJ
Healing is a process of reconnecting with your inner wisdom, resilience, and sense of self. As an EMDR therapist, I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem through a holistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit. I identify as spiritual but not religious, and this perspective meaningfully informs my work. I hold space for intuition, personal meaning, and the deeper, less tangible aspects of healing that often go beyond words. EMDR therapy helps resolve root causes of distress, supporting nervous system regulation and relief from long-held emotional burdens. Reiki, energy perspectives, and symbolic frameworks (like tarot and archetypes) shape how I understand patterns and inner guidance but are not a substitute for psychotherapy. I approach my work with care and respect for each client's beliefs. Any spiritual or intuitive exploration is always optional, collaborative, and guided by your comfort, interest, and consent. My priority is to create a grounded, inclusive space where all parts of you-emotional, physical, and spiritual-are welcome.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
