I love working with clients to build their resilience; their ability to bounce back from the inevitable challenges of modern life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am Client focused, and drived by a desire to help you achieve your goals. My background as a military veteran with 21 years of service has made me down to earth and able to understand challenges and difficulties. I have an eclectic style, and while we are here to do hard work, I hope we can have a few laughs as well.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typically we focus on what my Clients goals are, and how the previous week has played out. Any challenges that came up can be discussed so that we can find a solution or a change that will make all the difference next time. I like to teach practical methods that will come to mind easily when my Client is under stress, so they will be easier to use in the moment.
