I hold an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling and an M.A. in Human Services Counseling, and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My areas of expertise include ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, relationships, trauma, and vocational stress.
