I am pretty down to earth and transparent. I like to laugh when possible. Client's usually report that I am easy to talk to and share their concerns with. Come as you are, and bring some coffee or tea. This is a space for you to laugh, cry and curse.
What is your typical process for working with clients?

You will receive a link to join your session via email/text. This is also the time to see if we are a good fit, because it would suck if you did not like your therapist! I usually spend time gathering information for your intake while getting to know you. Further sessions we will dive deep and deep into your concerns at your own pace, like a turtle if you need to.
