I like to begin with a brief consultation, followed by an extended first visit in which I carefully consider your reasons for seeking therapy and work with you to develop a personalized and holistic treatment plan. I strongly believe that developing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship is a vital part of treatment, and it is therefore essential that you find a therapist with whom you connect. If after meeting it does not seem that I am the best fit for you and your needs, I will work with you to find an appropriate referral.
