My name is David C Dohm, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and an EdD in Educational Psychology from Argosy University, Sarasota. With a deep-seated passion for helping others, I specialize in working with adults and children who struggle with anxiety disorders, depression, and mood disorders. My approach is centered around providing a safe, accepting, and empathetic environment where we can mutually explore solutions and options to help you reach your goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have almost 40 years of experience with a large variety of clients. I have extensive experience with trauma of all types, as well as experience with children, adolescents, relationships, and LGBTQ+ issues. I have a varied and easy going approach, that will identify what is the most effective way to help you in a personalized treatment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am accepting and open to discussing any situations. i may challenge some of your thinking but am only going to do so in a way that is based on your goals and expectations.
