As a psychodynamically oriented therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work, my approach is rooted in the belief that true healing and personal growth come from a deep understanding of ourselves—our histories, our desires, and the patterns that shape how we engage with the world.
Through our work together, I aim to help you connect more deeply with your authentic self—exploring unconscious beliefs, past trauma, unresolved conflicts, and internalized narratives that may be holding you back. I invite you to explore the layers of your identity, uncover hidden strengths, and break free from patterns that no longer serve you.
My goal is to support you on your journey toward self-actualization—living a life that is true to who you are, not what others expect of you.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I am an interpersonalist, which means that the work we do together in session is co-created by the client and the therapist. We will work to forge an empathetic therapeutic alliance to tackle the tough feelings, behaviors and entanglements that aren't working for you but also to appreciate your strengths, skills and behaviors that are working in your life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I'm a curious person and I bring that curiosity to our work. I want to know you, what motivates you and what scares you. Through deep listening and exploration, we can unfold your story in a safe and secure environment with the belief that a well-observed life is the most fulfilling life to live.
