I am a professionally trained counselor with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University and a Bachelor’s degree from Mercy College. I want to help you understand what has brought you to this point in your life and determine where to go from there. I'm open, honest, authentic, and have a deep faith that prevails. I believe all humans, no matter their experience or trauma, can heal—and there are many ways to heal! Let’s customize a plan, blending a wide range of treatments.
