What should a new client know about working with you?

We will work together in a setting made safe through empathic listening and supportive interactions. We will explore actual experiences with significant others and/or work colleagues to advance our understanding of what it means to take responsibility for our actions and advancing our sense of empowerment through acknowledging our own agency.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session can involve an exploration of current anxiety concerns; an examination of an interaction with a partner that has led to a disruptive fight; reviewing feelings and reactions to the dating scene; or a focus on past trauma. All sessions emphasize empathic listening and being present for support and insight.
